As an experienced real estate investor with 30 years of experience, Raiz Shakir wasn't bluffing when he decided to purchase a Hotel located in Bloomington, IL. He knew that business could be a success with a skilled operator and be a nationally recognized hotel franchise. After successfully negotiating the purchase of a Rodeway franchise, the only challenge left was to obtain financing.
